R S Warranty & Return Policy

•	Lamps are covered under warranty for 60 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise specified.
•	Lamps are covered under our 60 day warranty. If there is a problem, or if you are not satisfied, please call or e-mail us for a Invoice No. We cannot accept returns and will not process refunds or repairs without the lamp and Invoice number.
•	Lamps returned for a refund will be charged a 5% restocking fee. Please confirm, in advance, that you need a lamp, and the problem is not a projector malfunction. Restocking fee does not apply to defective lamps, which are covered under our 60 day warranty.
•	Exchange & Return RS AUDIO VISUAL 25/14, Crown Plaza, 303, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi – 110008 Our guarantee commences on the day you purchase your projector lamp. If you have purchased your projector lamp in the past 60 days then simply email us or call us on provided numbers. We will provide you with an RMA form and instructions on how to send your projector lamp back to us. In the unlikely event that you projector lamp has expired just after the guarantee runs out, we recommend that you contact us as we empathize with your situation may still be able to assist you in some manner. Please make sure the Invoice number is visible on the outside of the box.
•	Please specify whether you would like exchange or refund.
•	Any refund will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase.
•	Shipping fees are not subject to refund.
•	Refunds will be consistent with original method of payment.
•	The shipping cost of any return remains the responsibility of the customer, unless other arrangements have been made directly with RS.
